Currently working on drawing and painting two, short 8 page comic book stories with a couple of writer friends of mine; Mike Kennedy and Andrew Kudelka. I'm really looking forward to working on them since I haven't done any comic book stuff in a long time. Woot!
And...
AOKAY Official is planning a skateboard deck show for the end of June and I picked mine up today.
And...
I'm working on two more train pieces for a show around mid June.
What can I say...Busy Busy Busy...But I wouldn't have it any other way.

I'm currently in Lima, Peru for a vacation/wedding.
Along with my S.F. submission getting published I just got word that my "Pepper" submission has also been accepted.
No word on when it will be published and available but, I'll update the blog as soon as I get word.
The S.F. Tribute book should be out in July.
I'll be taking a "vacation" from my vacation when I get back in May. I'll be finishing up a comic project I'm working on with Mike Kennedy and also working on new character concept art samples for my portfolio....I need a job.
That's pretty much it right now, talk soon.

The punk is going to Japan on the 24th. Its gunna be awesome. I got some cool ideas for a sketchbook while Im there, as well as bringin the new camera.

We are no longer fired anymore. That only lasts a few days anyway.

Sept. 11
-Well, CRUNCH is upon us now and I fear none of us will be submitting much for the next 3 months or so. The dream of making this a daily has died.
Maybe weekly now...?
Man, I'm tired.
Sept. 1
-sprained my right wrist.
-pretty good bicycle accident
-gonna be taken it easy for a few days
-will try and see if i can draw next week with this wrist all wrapped up

-Damn! Sorry about that.
- Well, I just finished working on a pretty cool piece that I was really happy with. The bad news is my computer crashed. And the sad news is: It was a looong time since last I saved. So yeah, SAVE OFTEN!
I don't even want to try to recreated it, just can't be done.

- Good idea. AND what if we each do something dream related. 'Your interpretation of what a dream is'. Man, that would've been cool to do nothing but dream related pieces this whole first inaugural week...or month? What you y'all say? Ok, not exclusive to, but including dream related pieces. Yes?
- word!
- i think it would be cool if we each did our own versions of the title image that could be switched out from time to time. maybe some that aren't so literal. or maybe it would be cool for them to always have a barn/stable element in them.
- also added a link to timothy freshface elek's blog to the
fellow comrades section.
I got a new job at Microsoft in Seattle. I get to draw and paint all day, prettty sweet gig. Has been a lot of fun so far. I still miss Chicago a ton, but it is always nice to start something new. As soon as I find an apartment I want to start back up with the analog paintings. It is fun.

here's you a story: he just got his hair cut, and he just wanted a little of the sides, but instead they straight razored his head. now his hat won't stay on because his head is so slippery. he is pissed.
also his name is Milton.
